The Superhero Sprint is a 5K and 3K race that will benefit the Jump For Joy Foundation.(www.j4jf.org) The 5k is for the people who want to run a competitive 5k race and be timed. The 3k race is meant for people who don't like running as much but still want to help a good cause. All participants are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero's costume and bring water gun to fend off the "villains" hidden along the course.
