Free Workplace Ergonomics Workshop

This workshop is to inform and teach proper workplace ergonomics to prevent work related neck and back pain. The workshop includes discussing proper workplace conditions, correct sitting and standing posture, as well as correct placement of computer monitors and keyboards.
