A Transformational Experience. Group empowerment drumming centers on wellness and healing and unifying community spirit and energizing individuals. Includes a drumming meditation. A wide variety of drums and other percussion instruments are provided for all participants unless you bring your own. Based on REMO HealthRHYTHMS, facilitator Idris guides you on a journey to release stress, raise your spirits, enhance clarity and focus, and develop a culture of co-operation and community.
