Brad was formerly CFO of U-Swirl International, Inc., a publicly traded yogurt franchisor, during its startup and initial public offering phase.
Brad is also a SOX 404 internal control implementation specialist serving small public companies for the past six years. As founder of SOX404Lite.com, he created a website that offers internal control templates to SOX compliance “do-it-yourselfersâ€*.
Brad is a licensed CPA in the state of Nevada, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and has achieved a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
In 2006, he was honored as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Accountantsâ€* by Accounting Today, an accounting industry trade journal.
