Jazz concert and CD release by local musicians -- Benefits jazz preservation and education

Visionary jazz musician Nathan Tanouye and the Las Vegas Jazz Connection present a jazz concert for the release of their new “11” CD. The event features selections from “11” and other jazz favorites by 28 of Las Vegas’ finest musicians and will benefit jazz preservation and education through the nonprofit American Jazz Initiative. Tickets are $15 per person and available at the door prior to the event. The CD, for $15, will be on sale at the concert or by visiting www.cdbaby.com after Jan. 20.
