Dita's brats and burgers

My wife and I had a craving for Schlotzsky's sandwich one afternoon. While sitting in the drive thru we found ourselves asking ourselves "what is Dita's" (the burger stop next door). We were impressed with the signage offering Free Wi-Fi, burgers and brats, so we drove over and reviewed the menu.

We ordered a couple burgers thinking we were speaking to a habib in the speaker cone. The man was German and we knew we had found something authentic when it comes to Bratwurst and Burgers. Like many California transplants, I have been looking for a favorite Mom and Pop Burger Stop with a Drive Thru. They just didn't exist until we found Dita's Brats and Burgers. The burgers and Restaurant were awesome!

We finally landed some fast food that doesn't have that mass produced taste you find at the other burger joints around Vegas. The burgers were cooked and not pink like I normally receive from the local In N Out locations. I can't wait to go back and try out the bratwurst. You just don't find brats in fast food places around Vegas. Hopefully Dita's Burgers & Brats can be a replacement to crappy hot dogs.
